Terms of Service

Last updated: June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the flyinfinitysky.com website and your participation in any course, camp, expedition, clinic, or other service offered by Infinity Sky(“Infinity Sky”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Infinity Sky is operated by its founder as a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in Georgia. Full legal registration details are available on request. By using this website, booking a place, or taking part in our activities, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

1. Who we are and what we do

Infinity Sky is an international paragliding school. We run beginner-to-advanced paragliding courses and expeditions abroad (currently Colombia, Morocco, Turkey, Macedonia, and the Himalayas) and sell paragliding equipment through our online shop. We train and certify pilots to the APPI standard (Association of Paragliding Pilots and Instructors, recognised under the FAI/CIVL framework), which maps to the US USHPA system at foundation level.

2. Bookings, eligibility, and confirmation

A booking is requested through our application form and confirmed once we accept it and receive your deposit. Submitting an application does not by itself guarantee a place; places are limited and are confirmed in the order received.

To take part in a course or expedition, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old (minors may participate only with the written consent and supervision arrangements agreed with us in advance);
  • are in good physical and mental health and have disclosed any condition that could affect your safety or ability to fly (see our Waiver);
  • fall within our equipment weight range of 99–265 lb (45–120 kg);
  • will follow the instructions of our instructors at all times.

We may decline or cancel any booking, or ask a participant to leave a course, where this is reasonably necessary for safety, where required information has not been provided, or where a participant’s conduct or condition is likely to endanger themselves or others. Where we ask a participant to leave for safety or conduct reasons, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

3. Prices, payment, and what's included

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the relevant course or expedition page. Each page lists what is and is not included. Items such as international flights, travel and medical insurance, lunches and dinners (unless stated otherwise), visas, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly listed.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. A place is secured with a deposit (or full prepayment, as stated for the relevant camp), with any balance due as described on the relevant page and in our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for fees or currency conversion applied by your bank or the payment provider.

Prices, dates, and availability may change before a booking is confirmed. We will not change the price of a booking already confirmed and paid, except for clear pricing errors, which we will tell you about before taking further payment.

4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: deposits and balances are refundable on a sliding scale by how far before the start date you cancel, weather days are not refundable, and we strongly recommend travel insurance.

We may make reasonable changes to an itinerary, site, dates, or instructor team where this is advisable for safety, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Flying decisions always rest with the chief instructor.

5. Safety, equipment, and assumption of risk

Paragliding is an inherently risky activity. Before flying you must read and agree to our Waiver & Assumption of Risk, and you may be asked to sign a waiver on site before training begins.

Insurance is a condition of participation. You must hold valid travel/ medical insurance that covers paragliding undertaken under instruction and includes emergency medical treatment, emergency medical evacuation, and repatriation — minimum US$1,000,000 for evacuation/repatriation and at least US$250,000 for emergency medical — valid for your camp dates and location. You must provide proof before the camp; without it you will not be permitted to fly, and no refund is due for days missed for that reason.

For safety, during training you fly only on our certified school equipment or on new certified equipment purchased through us. You may not train on your own or third-party used equipment, because we cannot verify its history and condition.

6. The website

We try to keep information on the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is always complete, error-free, or up to date, and we may change content at any time. Information about courses, conditions, and certification is provided for general guidance and should not be relied on as your only source.

You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, introduce malicious code, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photography, video, graphics, logos, and the Infinity Sky name and wordmark — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability connected with the website is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant service. Liability connected with participation in courses and expeditions is addressed in the Waiver.

9. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and costs we incur as a result of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. If a mandatory consumer-protection rule of your home country gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
