Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Infinity Sky collects when you use flyinfinitysky.com or book with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
Infinity Sky is operated by its founder as a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) registered in Georgia. Full legal registration details are available on request. It is the data controller for your information. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@flyinfinitysky.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and run our courses:
- Application & contact data — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, your flying experience, room preference, and anything you write to us in a form, by email, or on WhatsApp.
- Health & safety data — limited information you disclose for safety (for example, weight range and any medical condition relevant to flying). This is sensitive data and we use it only to assess and protect your safety.
- Payment data — when you pay, our payment provider processes your card or account details. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive a confirmation of payment and basic order details.
- Technical & usage data — device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and similar information collected automatically by our hosting, security, and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
- to respond to your enquiry and manage your application and booking;
- to run the course safely and contact you about your trip;
- to process payments and send confirmations and receipts;
- to improve our site and understand how it is used;
- to send you updates you asked for, and to comply with legal obligations.
Our legal bases (where GDPR applies) are: performing our contract with you, your consent (for example marketing emails, which you can withdraw any time), our legitimate interests in running and improving the school, and compliance with law. We process sensitive health data only with your explicit consent or where necessary to protect vital safety interests.
3. Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed, by category:
- Payment processing — to take and confirm your payment securely.
- Email delivery — to send booking confirmations and notifications.
- Website hosting & security — to run and protect the site.
- Content & media hosting — to store and serve text, images, and video.
- Analytics — to measure site usage in aggregate.
- Authorities or professional advisors where required by law.
Some of these providers are based outside your country (including the USA), so your data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards. We can provide the names of the specific providers we use on request.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, keep it secure, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards — and longer only where law requires (for example, financial records). We then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. Under the EU /UK GDPR these include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under the California CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, and correct your information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, email privacy@flyinfinitysky.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
